What is "grown to play"?
Where nature, play, and child-wonder come together in one. Inspired by the Tinkergarten curriculum, we prioritize child led exploration in our outdoor classroom.
We love imaginary play, sensory play, social skill development, team work, problem solving, and so much more!
Classes are suggested for 18 month-8 year old kids and their caregivers.
The Tinkergarten Way
The outdoors is the perfect place for kids to learn and thrive-- they are natural explorers! We can encourage further learning and discovery with providing the right tools. Each lesson includes an invitation to play, and each season has an emphasis on foundational skills in childhood development.
Meet Callie-- former educator, now mother
Prior to becoming a mother I worked with kids in a variety of capacities, including teaching in the classroom for 4 years. Now, a mom to three littles, I love setting the stage for kids to explore and experiment in their own way, to learn and build skills, all while gaining a love and appreciation for the outdoors. I can't wait to explore and learn together!
